Reliability Analysis of an Augmented Baseline Network Using Markov Model

This paper presents reliability analyses on some of
the regular interconnection network (MINs). Based upon the
analysis of lower bound and upper bound diagram models of
MINs, we have generalized the reliability model for serialized
system consisted of independent subsystems. For the
enhancement of reliability for the system in online and imperfect
coverage, we propose the construction of complete Markov
model. We have extended the technique, for the computation of
instantaneous availability of the system. This technique can be
used for other computer networks.
