A MODEL OF QUALITY EDUCATION SYSTEM AT SYSTEMS PLUS COLLEGE FOUNDATION

Abstract


The study dealt on the process of designing a model of quality learning standards which derived from the educational climate and the nurturing value in the institution of higher learning, the Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF). The study utilized the descriptive-correlational method of research and found out that there is a high correlations between quality learning standards process (Very good)  and the educational climate (high level) and nurturing value (high level) as evidently supported by statistical tests using Analysis of Variance and the Pearson Product Moment correlation. As a result, the study developed a model of Quality Education System as supported by the Institutional Policies (Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives) as its Building Blocks to maintain competitive and prepared the graduates equipped the necessary skills needed by the industry.
