The Effect of Performance and Trust on reliability of E-Commerce Customers in India

In India Internet was evolved in 1990s. India has emerged as one of the destinations where the largest number of users exists. The e-commerce sale is growing in recent days. However India is less active in e-commerce compared to other countries. The existing studies in this area are limited. In general context, this study identifies the impact of customer fulfilment and trust on reliability in E-commerce and also identifies the factors such as Information quality, Perceived Security and Perceived Policy that influence satisfaction. The findings of the study suggest that E-commerce websites should more emphasis on providing trusted information on product quality, which will help in better customer trust that further will help in greater reliability to the websites.
